It has been a LONG time since I have blogged. Things got a little hairy, still are actually. School started, so I started my new job as school counselor. I love the job, hate the attire. Every morning I miss my old gym-teacher outfits. Going from sweat suits and nikes to big girl clothes and shoes has been quite an adjustment. I also started my Masters classes again. Another 9 hr semester...keeping me on my toes.
The true challenge has been on the home front. The hubs and I have been in the process of buying a home since March, yes March...yes the same home. It has been a very trying process...it is in foreclosure and the mortgage company (CHASE) has been a pain in the ars. They accepted our offer in June and we still haven't closed! In the mean time our pups are pushing the 50lb mark...each. Needless to say we need a yard, and a bigger living room. The 5 x 5 ft "play area" isn't cutting it.

I am working hard to stay strong. Trusting that the Lord will guide us...and it will all happen on his time. It has been a roller coaster of emotions...thinking we are going to close, thinking about walking away...maybe we will close this week!
