Baby Bear turns 1: Party Details

We enjoyed a trip back to KS to celebrate Baby Bear turning 1. Not sure how it has been a whole year since he joined us! I enjoyed planning the little car themed bash. We served burgers and enjoyed hanging out with both sides of the family!

Trending: February

February has flown by, in fact we are half way through March already. The big event for February was Marshall's first birthday. I can hardly believe that he is one already! We celebrated on his birthday as a family of four and then got together with the extended family that weekend for a car-themed party. I hope to get a post with party details up soon.
The weather has been great again this month so we spent as much time as possible outside. We hit the park, the zoo and the backyard a lot. Marshall especially loves being outside, he often leads me by the hand to the back door, or tries to escape out to the garage.

Grady got to wash the galaxy on one of our trips back to KS. He enjoyed helping Papa.

Marshall enjoyed his first sweet treat- a gluten free cupcake.

Grady got to have a party at his MDO and we made some fun Wild Kratt Valentines for him to pass out to his classmates.
For Valentine's Day we had some treats by the fire and watched a movie together. It was low key, but fun.
We also got to hit the trails a little this month. We really enjoy hiking as a family and look forward to many hikes this spring/summer.

The boys are pretty fun to watch together right now. For the most part they are pretty sweet to each other. They like to hug and cuddle one minute and wrestle and play chase the next minute. Grady has taken to calling Marshall, "Marshall Cruz" and it's pretty cute.
Marshall is still very much a dare-devil. Why color sitting when you can add a level of difficulty when you can stand on a dump truck?
