Week 35
Week 35 was a pretty good week. If you judge a week by the number of photos you have in the post then it is a record breaker---it would appear that I was quick productive, but when you fact in that I no longer go to work everyday and this is what I have to account for a "40 hour work week" plus evenings...well starts to seem a little less impressive. I did manage to get some projects done and I kept myself entertained most of the time so I will take it.
I made some dividers for Grady's closet...nothing to exciting. Used cardboard, cardstock and modgepodge. We now have his clothes divided into month ranges.
Cardboard cut-outs.
Here they are finished and in the closet. I free handed them, so they could have been better, but they will get the job done.
Following the directions from my cousin I cut some fabric to make a baby carrier similar to a moby. I am curious to see how it works with a real baby instead of the stuffed animal that I practiced it on.
Chad and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary this week. We ended the night with a "dessert picnic" at sunset. I can't say enough amazing things about my husband. I am truly blessed to have his love and support. I would have to say that I feel like the experiences of the last year, especially the loss of our first pregnancy and this pregnancy have really made me fall deeper in love with him.
**End gushy rant**
Here is the fam gearing up for a morning run. We head out in the a.m. Chad with the dogs to do a few miles...me waddling behind. It was officially recommended that I back down to just walking this week, so it will be a while before I am jogging again.
Here is one of my favorites...that hat we ordered for Grady to wear at the hospital and in newborn photos.
Wow...if that is not hotness I don't know what is!!! Geeze this is sad, but I am committed so the pictures will keep coming. Clearly I am not doing much with myself these days.
As far as pregnancy updates this week. The belly finally grew. I am still measuring small, but growth after three weeks of no growth is a good thing. I am feeling pretty good. Just wear out easier then I use to. I am adjusting my expectations on what is a productive day. Still having contractions/backpain and heartburn in the evening.
5ish weeks to go!!!
